Ephesus Health Ministries, under the dedicated leadership of Sister Karen Phipps, is a beacon of holistic health and well-being, deeply rooted in the biblical and Seventh Day Adventist health message. Our ministry is built on the foundation of Scripture, particularly the belief that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), entrusted to us by God to care for through healthful living. At Ephesus Health Ministries, we are passionate about empowering our community with the knowledge and resources to live life as God intended. Our annual health fair is a highlight of our calendar, offering free health screenings, professional consultations, and practical advice to promote healthy living. Recognizing the importance of physical activity, our cycling class provides a fun and engaging way to improve cardiovascular health, while our vegan cooking classes demystify healthy eating, demonstrating how delicious and fulfilling a plant-based diet can be.

Furthermore, we are committed to educating our community through various mediums, including videos that offer tips on staying healthy. These resources are designed to be accessible and informative, reflecting our belief in the importance of making informed choices about our health.
